Here I’ll be posting photos of the recipes I make. From meal prep to just a good looking burger, I love food that looks good (:
Some sourdough I made while working at a local bakery. Top left, clockwise: Olive sourdough, “baker’s treat, which was leftover sourdough stuffed with sundried tomatoes and gruyère in the shape of a baguette. Garlic sourdough, and pain levain with olive sourdough. This one’s involved so bear with me. Starting top right clockwise, Castelvetrano olives with a six month aged blue cheese, drizzled in evoo. San Marzano tomato sauce with onion, garlic, dried basil, and topped with fresh basil and parsley on medium shells, and with shredded, 24 month aged parm. Garlic bread on ciabatta with dried and fresh basil, fresh parsley, honey, fresh and granulated garlic butter. Homemade lemonade, and blanched, and sautéed green beans in butter with evoo, lemon juice, zest, fresh garlic and topped with parm and a pinch of red pepper flakes. The sauce was modified from a simple palate’s recipe, San Marzano Tomato Sauce {Family Recipe}. https://asimplepalate.com/blog/san-marzano-tomato-sauce/#recipe Don’t forget to like and follow if you like my content.
